2022 — Present
At Voiso, I design and improve core B2B tools for a cloud contact center platform (CCaaS) used by small and mid-sized businesses. My work spans multiple areas:
  • Flow Builder: I lead the design of our visual automation editor, similar to Miro. I focus on user interaction patterns, node behaviors, and smooth zoom/pan mechanics across trackpads and mouse input.
  • Customer Admin Panel: I design scalable, intuitive interfaces for managing agents, integrations, routing logic, and reporting. A key focus is reducing cognitive load while ensuring transparency and control for admins.
  • Design System: I contribute to the evolution of our internal design system by defining new components, maintaining visual consistency, and improving documentation for the team.
Since March 2025, I’ve temporarily taken on the responsibilities of a Lead Designer, driving design reviews, mentoring teammates, and helping shape design processes across the company. I actively collaborate with product and engineering to align vision, plan sprints, and ensure delivery quality.

2022 — 2023
At Semrush, I designed an internal platform to streamline how employees submit and track requests across departments. The goal was to simplify day-to-day interactions between employees and internal teams like HR, IT, finance, and admin.

The system centralized a wide range of processes—travel bookings, compensation and bonus requests, referral submissions, and software procurement—into a single, user-friendly interface. This not only reduced operational overhead but also improved transparency and turnaround times for internal services.

The result was a smoother, more consistent employee experience and a noticeable boost in the efficiency of internal operations.

2020 — 2021
During my time at LitRes, I was responsible for designing the checkout process for the Android App. My goal was to improve the customer experience by making it easier for them to purchase books from the most popular ebook store in Russian. As a result of the redesign, we were able to reduce the number of abandoned checkouts and increase revenue by 3% in terms of order value. Additionally, we cut down on expenses related to commissions for other payment methods by converting approximately 30% of customers to direct credit card payments.

2018 — 2020
I was responsible for designing a cart and checkout system for OZON. I handled every design-related task, including marketing, UI, and user flow. In 2020, we worked on a new version of the checkout process, revamping every aspect. We started from scratch and used the Design Sprint methodology to identify the main issues in the checkout process. As a result, we completely overhauled how users input their address and payment details. Additionally, we added many new features to the process, including Android and iOS apps and Mobile and Desktop web applications.

We tracked several key metrics, such as the conversion rate from cart visits to purchases, the median time spent in checkout sessions, the gross merchandise value (GMV), and the number of map events per user, such as pin clicks, address entries, and zooms. Although we experienced a decrease in GMV, we shifted our focus to upgrading our technological stack to a backend-driven system, which allowed us to conduct quick and controlled experiments.

2017 — 2018
During my time at ExactFarming, I worked as a Senior UX Designer as part of a small team of four designers. I was responsible for building various forms, designing user interfaces, and creating product patterns. One of my notable accomplishments was successfully implementing UX research at the company. To facilitate this, I designed a highly portable usability lab that can be easily set up and used for research sessions in various locations, including farms and fields.

Sberbank about EF: "Cooperation with ExactFarming will allow us to test digital agriculture technologies for more effective work with agricultural businesses that are clients of the bank"

2011 — 2013
I was part of the design team. Mostly I designed traveling and banking parts of the project. Most of the things we built are now common things in traveling and banking areas in Russia.
